Whistleblowing

        True Leasing Co., Ltd. has established the Whistleblowing Policy and Guidelines, and provided three whistleblowing channels for all stakeholder groups, e-mail, post and in-person reporting.

        In addition, the True Leasing Co., Ltd.  has also outlined a process for accepting and addressing grievances from stakeholders by determining an investigation procedure and appointing a committee to investigate, verify, follow up and resolve complaints while protecting whistleblowers and any related persons with fairness. And a summary reports are prepared to keep executives and related parties informed. They are also used for tracking progress as well as for taking corrective and improvement actions.

Employee Communication Guidelines

        Employees are highly valued assets at True Leasing Co., Ltd., and the company recognizes the significance of fostering a working environment based on trust and mutual respect. We actively encourage the establishment of communication channels that enable employees to raise work-related concerns and freely consult or express their opinions in good faith. They can approach the management, their supervisors, the Human Resources Department, or the Legal & Compliance Department for this purpose. It's important to note that all information shared by employees is treated as confidential, and they will be protected from any form of retaliation or bullying.
